In the quest to address the issue of road safety crises and finding possible solutions, the National Youth Parliament – The Gambia (NYP) and Students Association of Public and Environmental Health (SAPEH) in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport, Works and Infrastructure, organized a day long activity at the Metzy Residence Hotel on the 19th May, 2021. The forum brought together about Fifty (50) participants, including stakeholders, such as the Traffic Police Unit, a representative from the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital, National Road Authority, Gambia Transport Union, Ministry of Transport, Works and Infrastructure, regional representatives among others.
